You do not need to arrive with everything figured out, but it can help to take a few minutes beforehand to reflect on what has been happening since we last spoke. You may want to consider: What has felt difficult or repetitive? What progress or wins have you noticed? What patterns have shown up? What decision, emotion, or situation feels important to explore? What would you like to feel clearer on by the end of the session? The most important thing is to come honestly, openly, and willing to look at what is really going on.

Is there support between sessions?
Yes, depending on the coaching package, between-session support may be included. This can be delivered through email, WhatsApp, or agreed check-ins, and may include reflection prompts, accountability, clarification, or support with applying what we covered in session. Between-session support is designed to help you stay connected to the work and maintain momentum. It is not a replacement for emergency, crisis, medical, or mental health support. If something urgent arises, the appropriate professional or emergency service should always be contacted.
